When you reserve your Wedding or Renewal package through this site, by filling out the forms yourself or by calling 1-877-589-3363 you will place a 20% non-refundable deposit on the total price of the package, including any and all optional items selected. You will receive three email confirmations. It is important that you give us a correct email address at the the reservation request form is filled in.

• The first will be from our secure terminal informing you of the amount charged to your credit card.
• The second will be a confirmation of the charge and what it is for, i.e., "what it is that you paid for, how much, and the exact time of your ceremony." Any information you gave us will also be included in this email.
• The third is a "Booking Confirmation" that will have instructions and important information you will need to secure your Marriage License, in the event this is not a Renewal of Vows, the telephone numbers for your wedding coordinator at the chapel, the physical address of the chapel, and discount coupons from local merchants that will stretch your budget to return an even greater value.

Please note that no time slots can be reserved without that deposit since our time slots are limited and a reserved time slot is unavailable to other clients that may want to reserve it.

We cannot refund your deposit since the time and effort spent in preparation, and credit card clearing charges more then deplete that %20 non-ref unable deposit well before the ceremony actually takes place.
